APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #1 TO ARCHITECT'S CONTRACT FOR THE SOUTH COUNTY BUS DEPOT PROJECT
Description
The scope of work for this amendment is to provide additional design and construction administration services to modify the design documents to add the Team Offices and work area to the project.
The total amount for these changes shall not exceed $15,760.00. These funds are available through the project budget.
Recommendation
That Amendment #1 to the Agreement dated October, 2, 2012, with Schenkel & Shultz, Inc. for the South County Bus Depot be approved as presented.
